The Critical Resuscitation and Airway Skills for Healthcare Providers (CRASH) course is an intensive 8-hour program designed to enhance the clinician's ability to manage critically ill and injured patients requiring advanced airway interventions and hemodynamic resuscitation. Drawing from contemporary emergency medicine, critical care, prehospital critical care, and resuscitation science, this course focuses on the systematic approach to patient optimization before, during, and after airway intervention. Students will learn advanced airway assessment, difficult airway management strategies, Rapid Sequence Induction (RSI), Delayed Sequence Induction (DSI), hemodynamic stabilization, vasopressor utilization, surgical airway techniques, and mechanical ventilation using a Transport Ventilator.

The Advanced Provider Associate (APA) course is designed to bridge the educational gap between Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) by preparing Emergency Medical Technicians to become effective, knowledgeable partners to paramedics during high-acuity patient care. This course is also intended as a pre-Paramedic education course. Rather than teaching EMTs to perform advanced procedures independently, this course emphasizes understanding the principles, indications, equipment, medications, and clinical reasoning behind ALS interventions. Participants will gain a deeper appreciation of advanced patient assessment, cardiac monitoring, airway management, pharmacology, vascular access, hemodynamic support, and critical care concepts. By understanding the "why" behind treatments, BLS providers will be able to anticipate the needs of the ALS provider, improve scene efficiency, and contribute meaningfully to the outcome of the patient.

Dynamic Cardiology is an advanced, evidence-based course designed for experienced paramedics seeking to elevate their cardiac assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and clinical decision-making beyond standard ACLS. Rather than focusing solely on algorithm memorization, this course emphasizes understanding the underlying pathophysiology of cardiovascular disease, advanced ECG interpretation, hemodynamic assessment, differential diagnosis, and the integration of diagnostic findings into high-level prehospital treatment strategies. Students will develop a systematic approach to evaluating patients with a wide variety or presentations. Through interactive case studies and challenging ECG interpretation, participants will strengthen the critical thinking skills necessary to make confident treatment decisions in complex cardiac emergencies.

The Critical Compartment Course is an advanced-level course designed to provide healthcare professionals with a comprehensive understanding of traumatic brain injuries (TBI), including both closed and penetrating mechanisms. Traumatic brain injury remains one of the leading causes of death and disability following trauma. The initial management of these patients is often determined within the first minutes after injury, where early recognition, aggressive prevention of secondary brain injury, airway management, and hemodynamic optimization directly influence patient outcomes. This course focuses on the pathophysiology, classification, assessment, and management of traumatic brain injuries across the spectrum of severity. Participants will explore the differences between penetrating and blunt head trauma, primary versus secondary brain injury, intracranial hemorrhage patterns, neurological presentations, and the physiological consequences of inadequate oxygenation, ventilation, and perfusion.

Patho Prospectus is a course designed to bridge the gap between memorizing protocols and truly understanding why patients become ill, why they present the way they do, and why specific prehospital interventions improve patient outcomes. Rather than focusing solely on assessment and treatment algorithms, this course takes students inside the disease process itself. Beginning with normal physiology, participants will examine how common medical emergencies disrupt homeostasis, produce recognizable signs and symptoms, and progress when left untreated. Students will then connect these pathophysiologic changes to the rationale behind BLS and ALS interventions, gaining a deeper understanding of how prehospital care slows disease progression, prevents secondary injury, and prepares patients for definitive hospital treatment. Each module follows the patient from the earliest onset of illness through EMS assessment, prehospital management, emergency department evaluation, inpatient treatment, and anticipated outcomes. Through realistic case studies, learners will appreciate how their actions in the field directly influence downstream clinical decisions and patient survival.
